KL360 offers 21 different Serviced Apartment layouts from 450 sqft to 920 sqft (1BR, 2BR, and 3BR Dual-Key configurations), plus 49 Office Suite layouts from 450 sqft to 944 sqft. All units are delivered semi-furnished with wardrobe, kitchen cabinet (hob & hood), sink & tap, air-conditioning, and water heater.

KL360 is on a Freehold title — no lease expiry, ensuring permanent ownership and long-term value preservation.

The expected construction period is approximately 54 months from SPA execution, with target completion by Q2 2030. The official launch is scheduled for June 2026 (tentative), with an exclusive preview starting 30 April 2026.

Only 3-bedroom units are allocated 1 carpark bay each. Penthouses receive 5 bays. Visitor parking (495 bays) is available for commercial use. Other unit types do not include a dedicated parking bay.

No additional fees for residents and office suite owners. Exceptions: Level 56, Level 57 Sky Retail, and Level 58 Sky Deck — these are public areas with potential admission fees. The 360 Skyline Viewing Deck is open to the public subject to ticket fares.

The Maintenance Sinking Assessment is RM 0.66 per square foot. Owners are responsible for unit maintenance fees and sinking fund contributions. The hospitality manager covers staffing, OTA platform fees, advertising, and operational costs for managed units.
